Returns and exchange of articles
We want to inform you as good as possible through our website about the items. If any item should not come up to your expectations, it can be changed or returned. Please contact us by email: info@intovinyl.com indicating the number of your order and the products you want to change / return.

Returns and / or changes (further: the returns) are subject to certain conditions. The items should be reported by e-mail within 14 days after receipt at the delivery address.

The items, which have been reported for return, should immediately, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the order on the delivery address be returned to us. Costs for the return and the initial shipping costs including paid duties (USA only) if applied, are for your own account. IntoVinyl only accept returns which have been reported as described above and for which the instructions have been followed. Returns that have not been reported, or not within the prescribed period are not accepted. 

After reporting and after receipt of the item(s) your return will be confirmed by email. In case of payment in advance the amount will be credited on your account.
